Mindful Nannies is a family-run boutique household staffing agency founded by brother-and-sister duo Mimi and Jay. With a personal & professional understanding of the complexities of family life, they created the agency to help households find experienced, carefully vetted professionals who bring structure, stability, and meaningful support into the home.
